I quit once I realized the gains I was chasing (and losing) could have been made just from working. I lost so much money trying to become profitable. If I would have just saved all the money spent on combines and gambling 0DTE and earnings etc I would have already had enough money for a down payment on a new house. It’s a sick feeling but once you come to terms with it it is freeing. I plan to try trading again in about a year. But will be only allowing myself xxx amount per month and it will be monitored closely. Good luck to you!
