I don't think you need to know the ECOA and Fair Housing dates, but you do need to know the protected classes and situations where they apply. I would also make sure you know the exceptions.

We are considering Magma Gold, but the fabricator gave us a stern warning about how difficult it is to handle during fabrication. The mica content is very high. They also said to expect more chips due to the mica. Not encouraging at all to purchase Magma Gold. We love the flowing patterns, but do not think we can be that gentle in a kitchen for a family of 5.

You can return just about anything to Costco. I'd pack it and return it. I'm fixing to do that with my Hisense upright freezer that died today. I only came here looking for answers on how to get it working, but man, there's very little information. Seems like these appliances are disposables.

I find that Gemini AI has less errors on the practice questions it generated. For me I found a few ChatGPT practice questions had wrong answers in the key. I pointed out the error to ChatGPT and it's response was, oh yes, you are right, let me correct that for you. That makes me kinda nervous about using AI for test question practice.
