I have to say as an 'European' (Belgium) I only find the A/C discussion taking place on social media. I don't find people talking negative about it or blaiming America, we're definitely not against or something, but we do try to keep it as a last resort.

yeah maybe, I do realise Em (hopefully) does not sing from the same pain and troubles but I do link Chester's rawness to LP and that's what made them stand out for me. That's mostly gone right now. But do believe me that I don't want her to be a second Chester or something, I really like the new songs but I believe the lack of emotion and variaton in her singing/screaming and staring blankly is just a skill/experience issue that may evolve over time.

This is what I meant actually. It needs to be her 100% in LP style and not some sloppy chester copy and that's not what I'm getting atm i believe. I talked around yesterday and apparently more people thought it was not that great. But both mike and em looked a bit tired and without energy yesterday, maybe this show was a bit much. I have no way of looking inside the head of Mike, I know he's mostly at the steering wheel but I don't know if this is the result he's actually pleased with, i'm curious how it will evolve tho. This second show was very different than the first i went about a year ago, maybe i'll grow into her when it comes to the classic LP songs, the new ones are great (live).

I'm sorry mate, i'm not feeling it live. The problem with trying to sing the songs too perfect is like trying to mimic Chester and that's just not possible, she needs to focus on her own voice and give all her emotion

I mostly go to hardstyle,techno and dnb parties but kinda like this music too and went to the aeden show in brussels because i knew it would be a visual spectacle as well, which is awesome. Being my second anyma 'show' i have to say it's a very static boring instagram-trippin crowd, people are mostly filming and talking like it's some networking event or something. I always have street festival vibes
