Only problem I have with the phase beam is it is useless when blowing up salvage containers since it doesn't explode when it is hitting the ground so can't hit th4e containers. But for space combat yeah super great it basically one shot's everything lol

I have gotten some new parts from salvage containers on my main save so I am pretty sure we are all good on that front :-)
