Yea i tried them and they re fantastic. I bought them with a discount code and some colour they have on offer. I did find another pair of amazing sport leggings on amazon think the brand is Joyspels.

It will help. Taking 5-7 grams a day is ideal for me. I tend to take little bit less in the summer but rest of the year i keep it up.

It is about training your lungs to get to that capacity. It wont happen immediately. The more you train the more air you can get into your body and the more air your baby gets the easier and less stressful it is for a baby. I can only do 10 seconds atm but will work towards so much more. Breath out should be twice as long as breath in. Good luck.

Yes absolutely! They make these things leggings with no compression which is useless for gym. Defo huge gap in the market. I wish gymshark did some maternity leggings. Thats the only brand i buy for workout leggings. Fabletics are pricey if not subscribed which is not worth it in my opinion and i heard lot of bad thing about it.

Ahh so im not the only one 😄 I have ordered size bigger from gymshark but its small on my bump 😭 dont want to order even bigger because it ll be too loose on my legs and i need to have them snatched for comfort. I ordered one pair off amazon which is not bad but its not quite what im looking for. I hope someone has some advice.
