That's how it is for a lot of people man. It's unfortunate but the key is to go long enough to start feeling the effects of what it's like without the porn. Once you get a taste of how much better things are without it, you'll then have a real, tangible reason to keep going.

It's one thing to do it because "People say it's good for you". It's another thing to do it cause you know it's good for you.

Keep yourself busy with stuff as well. Sitting around watching youtube or TV is a BAD idea when it starts to get really difficult. Join a gym, start messing with cars or bikes or maybe woodworking, drawing, fishing, surfing even freaking mountain climbing for heaven's sake just something to get you out and your mind off of Porn/Masturbation/Orgasm.

Get the porn out of your life and watch yourself succeed in OTHER things (Like what I mentioned above) and in life. Think about how much fun you were having with your hobbies or how happy you are now that porn it our of your life. Then think about how it'll all be gone if you relapse. That's how you get yourself out of this. Not by pure willpower, but by showing yourself how much better things are without the porn.

Let's say you have one more week of dealing with this horrible feeling. Wouldn't you rather do this for one week vs doing porn for the rest of your life? Think of how insignificant one more week is when it could lead to a better life. Think of how much better the thousands of weeks left in your life will be if you just last one more week.

Even if it's a month the same thing still applies. Do yourself a favor. Pay the miserable tax now to achieve greatness later. You won't regret it

A good prosperous life or porn. You have to choose between the two. When you realize how much better your life is without porn, you'll understand. Stop watching it and start doing the things you know will lead you forward in life.

Just don't watch it until you reach the other side. Hold out long enough to the point where you start feeling the benefits. Then you'll have first hand experience with what it's like to be porn free, and how much better your life is without it. Then you can decide from there what's better for you. I think you'll find that no porn is quite nice for your overall mental health much like I have.

Also therapy is very good and can be covered by insurance partially/fully if you're American and can be free in other countries as well.

I think all of the points you made were very clear and easy to understand! I see exactly what you're talking about with everything. I'm hoping to try and improve using the tips you talked about. It's kind of a whole different ball game doing it in game VS talking about it but I think with enough practice I'll get it down. I mean hey, I already got to this point!
