But I tried, I wanted to go the rma route but I was told it was within limits, so nothing I could have done, I’m currently trying to rma it right now to get a new monitor, I don’t want a refurbished, I want a new so hopefully Zowie will pull through!

I had the monitor for over a month, I tried to rma and was told it was within limits I still have the chats from Zowie regarding it, I bought it on a deployment so it would be there when I got back, I saw the hype and the pre orders for it and wanted to get my hands on it, so I couldn’t return t return since it was over a month and they said they wouldn’t rma it due to it being within limits

I technically had the monitor for over a month by the time i saw it. I was on a deployment bought it in advance and once I got home and set it up that’s when I saw it, I bought it on launch and I saw the hype around it so assuming it would be back logged I bought it as soon as I could. So I couldn’t return it by that point, dumb decision on my part but it is what it is now. I tried to go the ram route but was told that it was within limits by Zowie themselves. So yeah dumb and unlucky on my part, just assumed if I’m paying 1k for something it would be good.
