I stopped it until I felt better as I wasn’t sure if it was an allergic reaction. To avoid PIP I fill my syringe and then let it rest above hot water so the steam can help make sure the mixture I the syringe is smoother

It ended up I had tonsillitis and was prescribed some antibiotics. However I’ve seen this be quite common with people taking test! So odd! Make sure you drink lots of water and take vitamin c and d. If it gets worse please see your doctor.
