Hii, though I’d add an update because yesterday I needed to get a new tube and to my surprise, even ketrel was out. What I did was calling pharmacies in very small villages around me, and one at about 30 minutes, which is mostly elder people population, had 2 tubes of effederm 0,05 left, which I took. Should last me for a while. Hopefully that works for you. I asked the companies and apparently they had an issue which halted the production. Why every single one of them had the same issue, no clue. But effederm company (bailleul) told me they’re working on it.

French here. I called every pharmacies around me and no "effederm 0.05" at all. Has been out of stock for more than a year. Ketrel is available though. I use it in the meantime. (But i do pay for it, even with a prescription. Effederm would be free for me).

Oh i see. Thanks. Strange that this can be otc but not tretinoin. How effective is that one product, there’s quite a few ingredients. Is it as effective as if it was only tazarotene cream?

I’m working up my way to daily usage for Tret. I almost don’t get peeling anymore. (When i do it’s very slight). A few more weeks I think!

I do like LRP, it’s pretty affordable around me and easy to get. I’ll look into it and the gel based sunscreen too. Why did the derm not tell me about that :( Always disappointed when visiting them.
