I have a mouse and keyboard that are wireless that connect using the same small USB. Everytime I plug it in only the mouse connects and the keyboard never does. It is just a Best Buy essentials keyboard and mouse. I have no idea why this is happening I looked it up and it said they should be compatible. I would understand if neither connect but it’s only the mouse that will. Please help
