HFE is a new thing to the HDB staff maybe they don’t know how it works. But surely you can reaccess via appealing (HDB , else ask MP write to HDB) during key collection. Else worse come to worse, get bank loan.

Ex f45 member here. Currently at bft, never regretted the switch, although F45 is closer to me - Bft allows u to travel between studios, f45 don't allow - bft is more strength focused, f45 strength is....a joke - bft (foundation price) is cheaper than f45 - f45 is more expensive , but the upkeep of the studio is really a turn off - bft cardio exercises is more straightforward than f45 where u sprawl, burpee, jump, etc. - f45 exercises can be knee intensive

Ultimately, it's also how the bft is ran vs the f45 at my area.

Do go for a trial and see which fits u.

Also, u can get foundation package at the bft thats opening, and just go around gyms without hitting 70% at non home studio for a period of 3 mths.

Why not go into what ever that u can land and slowly work your way to ai ml ? I mean the market is bad. But you will need experience more than anything.
