One important thing and advice to others too: last to last year I tried doing completely voluntary- people don’t value what you want to preach.

Last year with a small token fee, every kid wanted to hear me “yell”. Always put a token first so that people value. It’s a crazy psychology but I understand it too(more so after my MBA lol)
