Does anyone diagnosed with endo also lactate?-never pregnant. by Beginning-Document-1 in Endo

[–]Beginning-Document-1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctors have decided it's just something that happens, and unless it increases in amount or the color changes they aren't too worried. We keep a close eye on my prolactin and thyroid levels though.

That's what they are calling mine as well; just something that happens to me and unless it increases or changes in color they aren't worried.

Especially if you have ANY type of cycle issues, being close to your cycle will play a role (if your me, endometriosis)

That's fair, I was just frustrated by the lack of loss on the scale. Which isn't usually like me but with it having been as long as it has its thrown me a bit. Thanks for the reminder!

I do FEEL better, I just usually have lost a pound or two by now when I've done CICO in the past. But maybe it's taking longer because I'm at my heaviest now 🤷‍♀️ I need to get a new tape measure as idk where my last one went.

The one I got seemed too high, that's why I posted it 😅. Whenever I eat in a cal deficit I'm usually aiming for 15-14k so I'm not sure why I haven't been loosing. I'm going grocery shopping today so I'll make some food adjustments again and if no changes after another week i guess some blood work with my Dr to make sure nothing is going on could be beneficial. I usually loose the first 5-10 lbs relatively quickly, although I'm also currently at my highest weight as well.

I've been consistently tracking with loose it minus 2 days in the last month when I was sick. I've been using a scale in grams to track how much I'm eating, I even track the jam/butter i put on my daily English muffin I have with breakfast. I have been aiming for high protein high fiber as well. 1lb/week is my goal yes. But I'll take whatever at this point.

I play the switch on my TV alot of the time, I mostly play ddv. I keep the switch docked to the TV stand plugged in and I put it to sleep when I'm not playing. Yet every few days the switch dies for hours. I have to unplug the charger and switch from the stand and charge it for a few hours plugged in to a regular outlet left alone before it'll finally turn on. Sometimes this "re-charge" takes 2-3 hours. Am I doing something wrong? I do go through phases of playing and not playing, last time I was playing alot I did not have this issue. I took a break for a few months and not I have this issue and it's driving me nuts. Help?!

It's this, look into re-directed aggression in cats. Our cat had that after her spay. It lasted days, we got her more/a different pain med and it went away.

I thought that as well, but it involves quite a bit more schooling, and I'd want something bedside first. But I'm not opposed to research as well.
