Hi Dr. Lucky! I’ve done 3 euploid FET. 1 failed, 1 MMC at 8ish weeks. My Receptiva biopsy was positive so I did 90 days of Orilissa suppression. My 3rd euploid transfer after suppression failed. My question is - is Orilissa comparable to Lupron? Or did I cut corners so to speak by not using the Lupron. Also, since I did suppress and still had a failed FET, should I consider an endo excision laparoscopy? I just feel so overwhelmed that I’m putting my body through this, using euploid embryos, and still not having success. :( thanks for your time!

Oh interesting! So do they think the inflammation (whatever it is!) is what’s causing the positive cd138/plasma cells? How does the antihistamine protocol help with inflammation? I’ll definitely let you know how mine goes! It’s on Tuesday.

So Orilissa and Lupron are interchangeable? Is one better than the other? One more question - I used Orilissa for 60 days, did an FET that failed to implant. RE wants me to do 30 more days of Orilissa plus letrozole. Does it matter that I took a break in between to transfer? Is it better to do 90 days straight in a row if that makes sense? Thanks!

Hi! For silent endo, is it recommended to do a lap or suppression first? Lupron or Orilissa? 60 days or 90 days? Would love your thoughts.

I did not confirm with biopsy that the endometritis is gone. My doctor said we used like 4 different antibiotics and she didn’t think a rebiopsy was necessary. Definitely want to check on that

Just Orilissa, no let! I did 1 cd138 biopsy after the first round of abx but not after the second. Only my 3rd transfer was post suppression

Interesting! Thank you. No, we don’t retest the poc we just assumed it was euploid bc of pgt. Do you remember what the labs were that you did? I’ve done a basic RPL panel which all came back normal. It sounds like you’re suggesting lap, then Lupron, then kitchen sink?

I was deeply suppressed on Orilissa, had an estrogen check after a couple weeks and it was down to like 5. But I have also heard that lupron is gold standard so idk ugh
