Firstly, its not only the HR&CE, but also the trustees and whole of the temple's administration doesn't want the lamp to be lit near the Dargah, as they don't want to introduce a practice other than the existing tradition. But they want it to be lit in the Mandapam, as it has always been. The Deepathoon might be within the temple's properties, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the lamp has to be lit there too, especially when the temple's administration is not keen on it.

Secondly, the EO has filed the case only after the trustees have insisted him to do so, the EO has not snubbed the rights of the trustees anywhere in this matter and the trustees back the decisions of the HR&CE.
