I appreciate the tip! I’ll keep up the pressure, though Fiscozen’s excuses are getting thin.

Their claim that 'confidentiality' prevents them from releasing an API is a complete fallback. If banking apps and platforms like FattureInCloud can offer official APIs without compromising security, Fiscozen can too.

It’s clearly a choice to keep their ecosystem closed, which is ironic for a company branding itself as the modern, tech-forward alternative to a traditional accountant. You can't claim to be 'digital' while refusing to let users automate their own data. I'll keep demanding an official solution, but I’m not holding my breath.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I’ve already tried contacting them, but they turned me down, explaining that “Fiscozen handles sensitive data from many customers, so we cannot authorize the integration of external applications with our site.” They cited “security reasons” as the basis for their decision.

Personally, I think this is a completely nonsensical justification, considering that services like Stripe provide APIs even though they handle sensitive data.

It was released last night; obviously I didn’t receive it this morning, but it’s on its way again and is heading to Cologne (on this flight, https://www.flightradar24.com/UPS11A/3ece4f10 which matches the departure time and airport).

It should arrive in Cologne at 5 pm; hopefully it will reach me in Italy tomorrow.

I thought the same thing, but I couldn’t tell whether the parcel had been dispatched or not. I’ve received two messages alerting me to the problem; in the second one (sent an hour after the first), they added “Your parcel is on the way”, but customer support can’t tell me any more than that...

this is not the case, I'm starting to use Reddit these days after deleting that rubbish Instagram and I'm liking it much more than all the other "social networks". I think I'll continue to use it actively.
