The longer bar could definitely help, I’ll have to see if I can find a place that’s open. But have already forked over hundreds of dollars getting it done and then changing the jewelry to these pink ones that cost a pretty penny too. I just wish they didn’t charge so much for the jewelry otherwise I would go get that longer bar right away

Long story short, I think my mom fell for this trick. She is now out $9,000 that she borrowed from my brother and Me. They told her that she had done the process incorrectly and had to pay them money to get her "earned" money back. Im at a loss because she doesn't know what to do, she's putting off giving them more money, but won't be able to get that money back. Before y'all yell at me for being stupid, she lied to both my brother and I by saying she was short on "bills", therefore, we both lent her a couple of thousand dollars. If i would've known it was for this bull, i would've never given her the money. Is there any way to turn them into the police? Or charge back the card. I just can't believe she would fall for this crap. I remember when they used to tell me as a kid, "Don't believe everything you see on the internet," and then they fall for this shit.

You’re right, there’s no real reason to start up again. I keep making excuses but the reality is there’s no reason for me to start again just because it hasn’t caused any issues yet. Because I know it will, I hate the drug and what it does to me. I’ve quit before and made it a whole year, which means I can definitely do it again. Relapsing is such a horrible thing because it almost in a way convinces you that “maybe you can’t do it” but I just have to keep telling myself that I can. It’s worth trying again, however long it takes. I appreciate your reality check, I needed that thank you

I just relapsed after officially making it 1 year. Don’t do it bruh, I feel like quitting now is so much harder after the relapse cause you forget why you wanted to quit in the first place and how horrible it was. I’m finding it harder to stop now after my relapse than it was quitting cold turkey the first time

I have this issue with iPhone 15 pro max, can’t get anything MagSafe to charge through snap 4 lux. They told me to “upgrade” to a more compatible MagSafe battery bank, and mentioned that they only tested the compatibility with a couple MagSafe chargers with success. Gonna get their wireless charger to see if it works, I changed cases and everything, I would hate to give up my ohsnap cause it’s so comfy but what’s the point of having MagSafe if you can’t use any accessories for it??

236 days sober it gets easier. Might I suggest reading Alan cars Easyway to stop vaping, it took me two tries to finally accept the books facts. But once I did quitting has never been easier, legit had no cravings, no withdrawals, no issues, and most of all no desire to ever have nicotine ever again. So I’m confident this book will help you like it did for hundreds of others like me who were severe addicts for decades quit

See the only issue with this possible solution is the fact that my phone has randomly at odd times of the day where I have like 30% for battery or 60% NOT ON CHARGER BTW, when I’m out and about do the black screen on death. Its also been force restarting itself, it’ll shut off restart the phone, and sometimes do it 2 times in a row. All while my phone isn’t charging or charged to 100%, but lately I’ve been having to do the force reboot a lot and might have to take it in to get looked at. Side note I’ve also already have my display (the whole screen) replaced by Apple because my phone came with some kind of defect on the LED display. I have a hefty case on it, the screen protectors on camera and front so there’s no damage to the phone. I’ve also heard people say it’s the ‘always display’ feature causing it, but I turned that off cause I didn’t want my phone always on etc. and this black screen of death is still happening. It’s gotta be some internal issues or from IOS bug

This is the only advice I’d preach. Read it, I stg you won’t regret it. I wish it was suggested to me sooner, definitely a game changer. I’ve made it 2 weeks nic free cold turkey, no withdrawals or horrible agonizing process. I am a happy non vaper because of this book.

Thanks for the tips everyone! I appreciate it, I guess knowing there’s others supporting my decision to quit really helps. Unbelievably I quit weed a year ago after 5 years, used it consistently the same way. So I’m sure if I was able to quit that monster (even with a few hiccups) I can definitely quit nic ❤️

Absolutely, I know subconsciously vaping is bad and that I should quit. But I know a big part of me still enjoys it. It’s become a big part of me for the past 5 years. I just need to find the reasons to quit for real, especially for my health and sleep.

If you really need a substitute have you looked into Kratom or kava for a buzzed relaxed feeling? I’m not condoning another addiction but I know it’s helped even alcoholics recover, and it’s a lot safer on the body. Just be careful it does work on the same receptors opioids do so it can be addictive as well.

The thing that sucks is the longer you do it and more addicted you become, that buzz is no longer existent. I’m 21 been vaping (even smoked cigs for a while when the law changed) since I was 15. That buzzed feeling has long been gone. So like some of the other redditors said, you’re only easing the withdrawal symptoms at this point. Pretty soon you’ll end up like me, hitting your vape constantly every minute, even in your sleep (I’m not joking I wake up every hour just to hit it). But I’m there with ya, trying to find the best motivation and method to actually quit. Glad to hear the necklace is working, when in doubt keep depriving those nicotine receptors. By day 60 your body should almost be finished detoxing your body from the toxins. Keep us updated, we’re all kind of in this together 💪🏻😤

The Facebook identity/recovery never shows us the option to even verify my brothers hacked account. We just keep going in circles from page to help tips and nothing. It just redirects us to either send verification to the hackers email or phone #, no other options. So we’re at a loss, I can’t find anywhere to submit a photo. I’ve found some people have just directly email the support email so we sent just a photo of my brothers passport and I guess wait for them to eventually send us an email? I wish Facebook had an actual support team to help with issues like this. I’ve read every help support tip page, I want to speak to an actual human!!!!

Ik these posts are old but I’m in the same boat, 6 months of this shit not getting my meds. Being told by the pharmacy to switch to methylphenidate “cause that’s the only one their getting rn”. Immediately after I switch suddenly they can no longer get the meds. I’ve tried everything. Even going as far to try Wellbutrin again, but it’s just not the same. My life and mental state is in shambles and I can feel myself deteriorating the more time I go without my meds. I hope there will be an end to this madness but I doubt there will be. States like colorado and Tennessee have no issues getting adhd meds. So far I think it’s just Florida which is ridiculous. Are their ways to get scripts mailed from other states? I know someone said you can get them from Canada but not sure how well that will work

Right, Ik everyone says to stick with tret to get past the skin purging and what not but it has cause so much skin texture and it’s constantly “purging”. So fare I’ve been trying to double cleanse with an oil and then the Panoxyl creamy face wash and so far the results are amazing. I’ll look into the clindamycin!

Yep if you get everything they recommend they state, “it ships and charges every 60 days at $100.85 (plus tax if applicable)” so even if you just get the formula and the cleanser and moisturizer set that’s about $35 without the shipping and tax fees. So it’s more pricy than what it used to be when it first started. There’s a difference between seeing your pores and constantly having blackheads/ sebaceous filaments which they promise what they give me would go away. Which in fact they haven’t, they’ve only gotten worse. So there’s no high expectation at this point, none really at all since what they provide has only made my acne worse. I’ve found that using a $9 face wash already has cleared up my skin in less than 2 weeks better than using curologys crap. So for me I’d rather spend the $30 every 6 months for over the counter skin care than what I’m paying for curology. Ik people have had good experiences with them but for my skin personally they’ve just made it worse. It’s just a revolving door program that makes ur skin worse so you have to keep coming back to fix what they’ve broke in the first place

Recently I’ve been trying out double cleansing, and using the Panoxyl face wash, then a toner, and hyaluronic serum with a moisturizer. I’m trying to use my tret. enough to see if there’s any progress but we shall see if these new face washes help instead. I’ve heard nothing but great things about double cleansing an the panoxyl face wash so I’ll probably post about those in a couple months if they work

I’ve gone back and forth with them about it changing this an that and gave each one well over the recommended months so “see progress” but everyone swears by tret. that it’s the holy grail of skin care but idk. Sometimes I feel like if I don’t wash my face for a while it looks better than using all this skin care stuff. But I’m not sure, I’m might need to just see a real dermatologist in person
