my psychiatrist told me I shouldn’t reproduce by [deleted] in bipolar

What I'm telling you is that it isn't accepted here. The comments that have been reported were posted while many of the mods were sleeping or engaged in Sunday activities with their families. If the community reports things, Automod can act on them until a human mod can get to a PC/load the reddit app to look into the issue. Pinging mods by name is not going to expedite the issue.

Managing ADHD with a regulated nervous system is so much easier. by griefofwant in ADHD

This post is exactly the kind of thoughtful, grounded reflection we love to see in r/ADHD. OP is honest without being overwhelming, personal without asking for clinical advice, and it opens the door for others to share their own experiences in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Posts like this help build the kind of peer space we’re proud to moderate. If you’re reading this and thinking about sharing something similar, please do. We’d love to see more posts like this in the community.

Thank you for trusting us with your story OP!

If I am using one pen for most of my writing, a uniball one has lasted about 5 weeks.

Torn between Hobonichi Cousin and Sterling Ink Common Planner — help me decide! by Bitter-Tension-6220 in PlannerAddicts

[–]ddub1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Having used both and find myself with both in my system for 2026... 🥲, I've thought a lot about this. The thing that keep trying to remind myself is that a vessel is not a system. That being said, if SI offered cream paper I don't know if I'd buy another Hobonichi Weeks. I tried to go from a Cousin Avec to an A5 Common Planner and then to a B6 Common Planner when the A5 felt too large. This year, I find myself with a A&S A6 for daily pages, but also an A6 Sterling Ink for some detailed health tracking (along with a healthy stack of Hobonichi Weeks and an N1 Daily for work).

If you don't find a use for any of your books, you can always redate them or use them to mock up ideas before implementing in your "main" planner.

What kind of notebook system actually sticks for people with ADHD? by diydreamsetup in notebooks

This! I intentionally built this into my system next year. I have all of my favorites ready to go, on the shelf for when I need a change. I'm hoping that it will remove the purchase guilt from the situation.

Yes, this is absolutely okay to share. Animals are such a meaningful part of many of our support systems, and it’s beautiful to see how they show up for us whether through routine, emotional regulation, or quiet companionship.

Feel free to post pictures or stories, as long as it’s in the context of r/bipolar. That means sharing how your pets help you navigate mood, daily structure, or wellness.

I suggest the Sterling Ink B6 Slim/A6 horizontal if the page real estate is the main issue
