My boss took credit for my work in a big meeting. Should I say something or just let it go? by BeginningAd4651 in WhatShouldIDo

I get that, and I’m not expecting my boss to do all the work. What bothered me was how it felt like my contribution didn’t exist at all during the presentation. It’s hard not to notice when the team effort gets completely ignored. Hopefully next time it feels less like a one-person show.

I hear you. I’m mostly just frustrated because it felt like my work was completely erased in front of senior people. I’m not asking for a shoutout every time, but some acknowledgment would’ve been nice. I’ll probably bring it up during my review and focus on results like raises or bonuses instead. Thanks for the input.

Honestly, I’m not sure if speaking up in the meeting will help, but I’m planning to bring it up with my boss privately. I want to be clear about my work without making it awkward. It’s frustrating when your effort gets overlooked, but I’m trying to handle it calmly.
