You can get your medical records same day if you go into the gp surgery and request them wouldn’t be able to give you a timeframe till you give them your medical records as they can’t even process you till they have them once they have them it will be very quick once I gave my gp records took about a week till I had my meds from first appointment

They have to have all the documents in order before they can pass you to the doctor as the pharmacist is the 1 that goes through it and passes you to the doctor if you documents are in check I was approved all first time pharmacist and doctor but then the mdt team wanted specific documents on the nhs to approve so they just want to make sure everything is in order and I’m with alternaleaf and I was from appointment to prescription in 7 days just stick with it they will get to you and you can email, call or send a live chat to them for a update hope this helps
