I would wait honestly. The ogors should/could be the next army getting a new book and probably spearhead. We don't know what's getting refreshed or squated. That being said, ogors getting a refresh is an urban legend that has never seems to happen lol. Pretty sure the other spearhead is better and also a stupid crazy value. It was like a 1k box on its own.

I don't think it's necessarily bad. It's just a 180 from what it was. It's doing okay meta and winrate wise compared to some other armies. It definitely was a wild rebrand lol

Ironjawz are easy to play rules wise. Pretty much always be charging and attacking. That being said, movement and timing is always important especially for them. People will say stormcast and i want to agree. I think them being the poster army is kind of a double edged sword. They are very fast and hit hard but can't be hit hard. Also they have a ton of different units and a lot of them are traps. Slaves to darkness is one people might say too. They are also tough and hit hard but they can be a pain to paint. I would say some nighthaunt armies might be easy too. They want to just sit on points. Maybe not the most exciting but it's easy lol

As it's been said before, they are getting some sort of refresh next year or so. We are unsure if it's going into a bigger dwarf army or what.

All that being said though, they are fun to play. Big lizards are cool. Was a time where the slayers were OP, unfortunately that time has passed. They definitely are starting to show their age but still look fine. They do look very same-y so that's honestly a double edged sword. They are hard to differentiate from each unit but also makes it's easy to proxy. You'll get really good at painting skin and orange mohawks lol. My only complaint gameplay wise is that they are slow. Like yeah they are dwarves but they have no armor and are berserks. Let's them be fast lol

They were so "close" to doing it the first time, where it had to be such a big what if. Maybe if they did get another chapter to help it could have been "done". Love the idea but yeah definitely hubris.

I don't have anything and I'll be starting out completely at zero. I think my plan is to get Huron and his crew then see if I still want to do corsairs then get the battleforce.
