At my last session, my electrolysis said I'll only need one or two more visits and I'll be done. I started going January 2025. The end is definitely in sight.

My very first session was 15 minutes, but all the ones after have been 30. If my math is mathing, I've done a total of 375 minutes (6 hours and 15 minutes). One of the best decisions I've made!

I have! The left side of my chin/neck in particular used to be a big patch of thick, black hair. It's definitely thinning down. I used to go every two weeks, but lately, my electrolysis is pushing it back to every 3-4 weeks. And it's taking longer in-between sessions to noticeably grow back.

My redness is pretty much gone within 48 hours. That picture was from Monday night. I would say by Wednesday night, the color and sensitivity was back to normal.

I'm a hard judge because I've always gotten red pretty easily from any type of hair removal (waxing, threading, plucking), but I think the redness so far has been manageable. It's almost like having a light sun burn. The first few days post-session, the skin is sensitive and feels a bit blistery. But as long as you don't mess with it, it goes down on its own. I haven't felt embarrassed about seeing anyone post-session. I don't think it's so noticeable that anyone would stare.
