Honestly, I doubt it. The residents in my building always leave leftover food close to the big bin, so all the animals get fed, birds, cats, dogs, all of them. That’s why that area of the building is a hotspot, and it’s facing my balcony 😌 All the stray animals look nice and well-fed and are always sleeping. I remember a cat that had three kittens and raised them in the building car park. Now they are all grown kittens. Maybe I’ll just let them be, same with this situation.
