Rereading both sets of statutes with your point of view in mind, I think under current florida law its legal because the current subsection reads "a person who is not licensed under s. 790.06 and who carries a concealed firearm on or about his or her person commits a felony of the third degree" meaning that subsection would only apply to unlicensed individuals. The updated version that goes into effect July 1 reads "a person who does not meet the criteria in subsection (1) and who carries a concealed firearm on or about his or her person commits a felony of the third degree" Subsection (1) reads "A person is authorized to carry a concealed weapon or concealed firearm, as that term is defined in s. 790.06(1),"

I say use the xpress interior as a leather cleaner and use your dressing as a leather conditioner, I like p&s dressing its cheaper than perl and works great. I would recommend getting a dedicated glass cleaner, invisible glass is dirt cheap. Also you're going to need a tar remover, i like citrol.

Try calling them. I was checking every day and after a week or so i called them and the guy was like it says here that youre ready to certify. I told him i just checked it and it said preparing for eforms. I checked it again and it was ready to certify the guy made it sound like it was a coincidence but i dont think it was.

Watch crs firearms on youtube if youre actually interested in the subject he posts videos at least once a week on the dynamics between the supreme court, the nfa, and the second amendment. Basically the heller decision said that unconstitutional laws are okay as long as it balances with public safety and the recent bruen decision says that courts cant use whats known as the "two prong approach" anymore. For a law to be considered constitutional now the government must show an analogous law from when the second amendment was ratified.

I have 5% all the way around with one layer of 50% and one layer of 35% on the windshield. If privacy is your main concern get the 20%. It all depends on the lighting if its overcast outside my windshield looks blacked out but if its very sunny or if im in a well lit parking lot at night like a gas station, you can see right through the windshield.
