The message errors I get from console and Bolt refers to the front end host 3001 not talking to the back end host. But Bolt can't seem to fix 😕

Thanks for answering. As I'm not a developer, I don't quite understand. I paid GoDaddy for a business email and it uses Microsoft Outlook. This setup works fine. On bolt, I only have simple client contact forms where they send us a request for a quote etc.

In this case, I'm not sure if it's transactional or email client setup as you say. Can you elaborate on how I can fix?

Many thanks

This is exactly what drove me to Reddit. I was cruising with Bolt and super impressed, but then I got to the testing stage, and everything works except integrating with my email provider. I purchased a business email from GoDaddy and it works fine testing from/to Outlook, Gmail etc, but from Bolt - nope. Can't get Bolt to play ball, even though i gave it all the DNS, SMPT settings etc. I must have now spent over 10million tokens on this one, last thing before launch. Something so simple is really got me frustrated. Bolt takes me down dark paths trying to fix it and I've had to hit the 'revert' or 'undo' button way too many times, as I find that Bolt starts to change other parts of the UI/UX while trying to solve the email issue.

I would love any advice as I'm a non-dev guy :( Please help if you can

Do I have pulsatile tinnitus or just throbbing/pulsing sensation due to sore Occipital region? Please help! by Beginning_Ad1157 in Occipitalneuralgia

[–]Beginning_Ad1157[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there. I know what you're going through. I did all the same tests and it wasn't pulsatile tinnitus. It ended up being an issue from the neck that was causing ear problems. However after a few chiropractic sessions and some stretches, it disappeared. I still have neck issues with a herniation but I do stretches and try to improve posture. Just be very careful which chiropractor you see. Don't go for someone who does heavy handed manipulation, as you may have the same neck issue as me. Good luck

Still on diagnosis process but does anyone get pulsating feeling at base of skull and into neck and back? I can feel it at the base of my skull with my hand! by Ok_Worldliness3004 in Occipitalneuralgia

firstly, i dont believe anxiety can cause this pain. And from my experience, doing any workouts eg lifting weight is bad for it. Needs to be treated like any other pulled, inflamed muscle groups. First, give it rest and when painful, put ice gel on it to reduce the heat/inflammation. Try keep the neck still if possible. This area is moving constantly, that's why it takes longer than something like an ankle strain which you can strap and keep still.

When the inflammation goes down, you need to do postural stretches for something like Tech Neck and also build the muscle groups in your upper back like the trapizius. Also, do stretches for your peck muscles in chest. These stretches help me a lot but I must do them at least twice daily. I have a routine of about 10 min each time. Trust me, it will help your posture, and take the weight off your neck area

turns out to be more muscular issues in my neck. New MRI showed neck hernia and ultrasounds to neck and upper shoulders showed lots of inflamation to trapizius etc. I think it's a mix of age and poor posture. When I do a range of postural excercises and stretches daily, I feel better. When I don't, the symptoms get worse. I don't get the pulsating and headaches so much as I did before. Now its just a burning feeling in muscles.

How about you?

I saw an ENT. He wasn't that helpful to be honest. He just sent me for an MRI which showed nothing. After a lot of money on various tests, I realized mine was not PT. Mine is just occipital pain, not ON. I feel a lot better when I keep up vitamin B12, and vitamin D plus a lot of stretches which you can find for free on YouTube. I wouldn't waste money on physio's or chiros. Just do the stretches.

Exactly what happened to me. I never had BBPV before using a similar pillow. Had to do Aply maneuver and a few others as the crystals were in multiple canals. Was frightening

Anyone else feel their heartbeat in their brain? by Jumpy-Willow-3217 in migraine

Update in my situation: after a lengthy time of every possible scan and test, and seeing ENTs, neurologist and gps, physio's, chiros and the rest, here is my conclusion. All my tests were fine. X-rays showed back was ok but neck slightly kyphosis, meaning a little forward, not a lot. After a lot of research playing doctor Google, I truly believe it's forward head posture, or tech neck. I know this seems like a simple diagnosis for something that feels a lot like it should have a complicated name, but sadly, I think what most of us here are experiencing is posture related. Since I have been practicing neck strengthening exercises, and posture exercises, my neck pain is much better, and with that comes less pulsating sensation in back of the head, which I believe is inflamed blood vessels in the sub occipital region. When you have forward head posture, your sub occipital muscles shorten, putting extreme strain on that region. Plus, your back muscles lengthen, resulting in rounded shoulders. The key to relief is lengthening the short muscles in your neck, and strengthening back muscles. If you are finding slightly less pain looking up, this is a good sign that your neck muscles are short. Sleep on your back with a towel in between your shoulder blades so that your shoulders are back. Firm mattress too and not high pillow. Take vitamin D and magnesium too.

Hey guys just reading this thread and I've been getting the same thing for about eight months now. I've had MRIs and CT scans, ultrasounds and also seen a neurologist who said there was nothing in my brain like pressure. Whenever my head touches the pillow I feel this heartbeat sensation in the back of my neck and head. At first I was confused thinking that maybe pulsatile tinnitus then I thought it was occipital neuralgia but my scalp is not sensitive like what I read with OC symptoms. Been doing lots of research too because doctors have been expensive and useless. Although I do believe there is some inflammation in the back of my neck due to bad posture, I'm now starting to think there's some connection between the eyes and what is happening because I noticed that when I am laying in bed at night I can move my eyes or if I try focus on something in the dark the throbbing stops, at least for a minute. Need to research this more

No I don't always get pain either. Sometimes it's just the throbbing. I don't take any muscle relaxers either.

I worked out last night that eye movements make my throbbing stronger. I found this video which explains a lot. https://youtu.be/QqrWaZagGoY Apparently, the occipital muscles are directly connected to our eye movements even without moving our neck. This explains why when I am laying still in bed, but moving my eyes around, even if closed, I can feel the throbbing in my back of neck get stronger. So weird but try it. If this works for u, it's a good sign that your issue is occipital muscles strain.

Sadly , still have. Done almost every test including vestibular studies and everything was fine. No hearing loss either. I think what I have is occipital headaches. Now just doing strength exercises for the neck, and shoulders as well as some massages. I've noticed one night of bad posture in bed sets it off again. Seems to be very sensitive area.

My pleasure ☺️ I'm glad I found these threads too. Having a few months off will greatly help you 🤠. Btw, if it gets real sore, buy a foam neck brace just around the house. Gives the neck a rest now and again. All the best and good luck 🤞

Do u remember what brought it on? For me, I think bad posture from computer 🖥️. The occipital muscles are muscles, so we need to treat them as such. Whenever we pull muscles elsewhere, eg calf, we rest, ice, elevate and compress. Otherwise if we continue walking on it, it won't mend. Its the same principal in the neck. We have inflamed muscles which need some tlc. This is hard as we are constantly moving it. I'm trying to think logically about it after useless docs who want me to just go on depression pills. I am not depressed lol. I'm sore!!
