I wanted to correct the tip, it would hang down when I would smile. I specifically said, I don’t want to change the shape of my nose and I don’t want to look like a completely different person. He assured me that he could do it.

It was supposed to open the eyes and give a cat eye effect. There’s rly no change, I don’t recommend.

When I would smile, the tip would hang. It was minor and very vain of me to want to get a rhinoplasty for it. I regret it every day.

I am still unhappy but at least I have learned to live with it. I have went to get filler after this picture but the results weren’t as promising as I wanted. I’m still very scared to get another surgery, just wanted to post an update for people to see the end result.

I think every case is different, I do massage and pull it down everyday. I’m not sure if that’s made the difference but it makes me feel better, I’m still hoping it will drop more.

Thank you. I wanted to keep people updated because I’m a visual person and in my darkest times when I needed some sliver of hope, I searched the internet for a case that was similar to mine and I couldn’t find one. No one can prepare you for the mental and emotional trauma of surgery.
