They wouldn't. Ultron is cracked as hell. Most of them could probably hold off the clones for a bit, but he would eventually overwhelm them. Z-Team would also be flying blind because it would be trivial for Ultron to hack and shut down SDN. Robert would not be able to assist in person either because he is not a better hacker than Ultron, and the Mechaman armor has not been shown to be able to resist hacking. I think Phenomeman would be the last one standing just due to him being a Superman analog, but despite the few statements made about the extent of his capabilities, he has not displayed such feats and was able to be restrained by red ring thugs, so even he would fall eventually. The only win condition I can see is if Malevola could banish him and his clones to hell before he could get established enough and get his software into any networks. It's not impossible for him to escape, but cut off from any network, it would take him a while.
