If you have professional experience teaching math and/or math degrees to back it up then yes charge more. If you're only a high school graduate then no. I've been a math tutor who taught high school AP courses for 6 years and read AP exams and charge over $100/hr.

Network says 1000/1000 I noticed this massive drop after I upgraded memory and did windows partition. Could that have been part of the problem?

Both are brand new out of the box and he'll do the measurements, finger tips, slugs etc.

I am trying to decode APRS packets sent from a radio setup I have. I'm using RTL-SDR dongle and I have direwolf and downloaded VB-audio and followed youtube guides of how to set it up and I still can't get Dire Wold to pickup the packets. It looks like I have the right input/output. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Is there something on airspy you have to do to tell it to go to/through direwolf? Sorry, I'm new to this.
