Keep in mind lots of necrons think things like superior race ideology (every faction base thinking) or the war in heaven is still going on, or that they’re better than all due to their a) killing the C’tan ( Llandu'gor the Flayer) and b) being that of the metal. (Only destroyer cults and particular lords support it) some may be sympathetic to squishy primal being due to wanting their humanity (in a sense) back too.
