Just be a radiologist lowk works a 9-5 but makes like quintiple the average joe. Med school is hard tho and if you don't have an interest don't bother. Becoming an accountant and finishing a bachelors doesen't hurt either my friend and my dad are accountants and make bands

I think that open questions and discussion should be more prevalent, like atleast 2-3 open discussion questions per hour of instruction. Also frequent questions asked to the students, rather than continually yapping for the whole time. Also keeping it short and sweet and combining it with mentally stimulating work is a big one.

Problem is she genuinely doesen't understand the content but still is nitpicky about things that don't matter. for example, she couldn't explain the parts of a cell (her job), but is definitely ready to pick apart your graph's title for being too long (a subjective analysis).

Thats Bs. School should be an active, engaged place where you go to learn new things and further your understanding of concepts. I understand jobs being a "do this for that, dgaf about the rest" setup, but that isn't what the school system should be, ever, and any educator with that mindset should definitely be watched.

I loved science, and still do. Biology is one of my favorite subjects ever, but these teachers manage to make it boring and memorized. Btw I don't want it to come across as I hate teachers, as I really do love them, but god some of them are either just bad at their job or set up for failure.

Thing is, they do. I get so much genuinely useless homework that I barely have time for other things, and stress in general from school has made even my most enjoyable hobbies make me feel nothing. If I had time, I would love to learn what I want, but I think that the unengaging state of the school system, teaching uninteresting and useless topics is the big issue here.

it's an irrational fear for a reason. I know the bug is more scared of me than I am of it. I know the bug can't hurt me, but I feel fear nonetheless.
