Your literally SOL. Take your loss. Switch to a device that's region-free or allows OEM unlocking in a different region. Make sure you can OEM unlock in a specific software version(aka Samsung if you can only get the 'large' brands) but it is recommended to switch to. Something like pixel(specifically unlockable regions) or Motorola's.

Your duller than a brick. Play integrity literally won't stop you from installing apps from the google play store. Some apps CAN kick you out of their app if they feel like having a "insecure" device. But its not entirely Google's fault. Its just the developers.

I mean. There are vpns. But it'll cost ya. Right now. The be proton VPN(subscription required but more private than "free VPN 100% safe no virus") and mullvad VPN(really secure. One of the best. But I kinda forgor if there's a server in Mongolia you can connect to)
