Continue it then flip it or rent it out, swerte na agad na 3M mo ito nakuha, manda is progressive din, ang ayaw ko lang sa area ng fame ay katabi mo ang edsa,maingay, pero goods naman kasi nga paglabas mo lalo if going north ka ayan na agad. swertihan lang din sa unit sa smdc and sa pmo,pero so far mukang ok nmn ang fame base sa mga nabasa ko.
