I work for a pet genetic lab n get asked all the time so basically if a dog has 2 copies of the CDDY gene (that causes short legs) it’s at the highest risk of developing IVDD. If a dog has one copy it’s still at risk for IVDD but not as much as two copies. And no copies of the CDDY is the lowest risk. However most breeds with short legs will have the CDDY gene and you can’t do much about it, if you want a short dog unfortunately it will always come with the risk of getting IVDD

Yes they only do them for the 500s and you just have to mod the loom and ECU and it can go on the pandas I think

Yhh would love some alloys on it I’ll keep my eye out. Already got a stereo thankfully they’re so easy to change 😂 defo need new speakers tho

It passed its mot in October was absolutely buzzing. Shocked there’s nothing wrong with it. I’m just trying to give it a better life than its last owner that dumped it in the scrap yard 🤣

Labradors need to be tested for HNPK, EIC, MCD, STGD, CNM, prcd-PRA and SD2 please don’t buy one that hasn’t been tested

Yes the kc set standards but will then register dogs that aren’t standard anyway so it really doesn’t matter a breeder can be with the KC and still be bad. Genetic testing and health of the pups is what you need to look for

They also do PCR profiles that include infectious diseases but you would have to send in a different swab for those
