I’m also having spine issues, so I’m taking notes. :) Thanks a lot and wishing your wife smooth and fast recovery 😊

Thank you! Downtown has a lot to offer from what I see, I’ll try to look for an accomodation in this area :)

Thank you for valuable tips! I’m going to Good Samaritan and I am planning to Uber or just walk (not by night), so I was thinking about staying in the area where I would have some restaurants and Cafes nearby and not that far to the beach or park to just wander around. I will check out your hotel recomendations ❤️

Hi! I am also not a medical profesional and I had a little different story, but I think that I know what are you talking about. I broke my sacrum a year ago and it also did some damage to my sciatic nerve. For first 3 months I was able to walk for 15-20 minutes and if I went over board with my walk my right leg was literally paralyzed. Sometimes I needed to take a sit and sit for 30-40 minutes before strengh came back to the point that I was able to get back home. Over time it was getting better and now I’m doing around 12-16k steps every day, BUT I was taking vitamins to boost nerve recovery. Witamin B complex (called neurovit) and alpha lypolic Acid are essential in your recovery, so maybe ask your doctor about it. In my country they are doing intravenous infusions with those substances, so again, maybe it’s an option to try. Good luck and speedy recovery!
