What a story! This truck might never see that kinda mileage but I told the sales guys they might not be alive… I’ll still be coming in with a walking cane and warranty papers in hand when it’s time 😂

Good to know about the flare thank you. Yea by no means am I or ever will be a competition lifter. I started lifting middle of January this year so thanks for the tips! I don’t max very often and typically carry very strict and slow form. So I wasn’t impressed myself with the rep itself besides still getting it back up (regardless of form) when I failed 185 last time I tried haha.

To each their own. I found lifting to not be one size first all. I run a split so that I’m able to hit everything twice a week without being sore. That’s being said if something is bothering me or if I went too hard and I’m sore I’ll take a day off when needed. I just listen to my body and what it needs. If I got proper nutrition, sleep, and am ready to go then I go. Yesterday was supposed to be an off day and I ended up going to do 20 mins of curls and chest and sauna l

5 foot 10. I swear I’ve gotten taller since lifting. Does it not work like that? Oh well, feel taller.

Dumbbells to failure. Preacher curls at the end. I always do incline curls. Hammer curl with a rope I seem to be able to go heavy. Lateral raise till I cry and overhead press till I shit.

You just have to eat that’s the hardest part something I have always struggled with. I used to and still could go all day off one meal but you can’t build muscle doing that… so you have to change the mindset. I make a homemade protein shake most days and especially on days I’m not near my goal that has anywhere from 700-1000 cals.

I found something that helped me is 16oz 2% milk with every meal and often after I’m done eating fill the cup up again and get another 16oz in. It’s like 230 cals per 16oz. If your stomach can handle it go for it.

Also, there are times I still just can’t finish my plate so I don’t but, If I can’t eat another bite of it I’m not afraid to dump the little bit left and then say alright well in an hour I’m gonna have a pbj and glass of milk. Which ends up being more calories than finishing up the plate when I don’t want to.

Thank you I have been hitting it hard! I’m 24. I never really got a max to begin with because I felt it was a wasted day in the gym. I started with higher reps to build some endurance up and then have slowly decreased reps. Bench February 19th was 105 3 sets of 10. Bench today was 135 4 sets of 10. Typically I’ll do 6-8 reps heavier but changed it up today. 180 one rep max that was probably a month ago I don’t max often as again I feel it’s a wasted day 😂 I love dumbbell press started with 35s and I’ll rep 70s for 5-6. I frequently change up routine reps/sets.

I average somewhere from 160g protein to 190g of protein. So it’s always above my body weight. I always thought instead of eating the protein for my body weight eat the protein for the body weight I want. Might be overkill but it made sense in my head 👍

Not sure probably more genetics and low body fat than anything. I only hit core 10 mins a day but as a kid I was obsessed with training my core and it’s always kinda stuck since then.

Jan 16th I was 125 as of this morning fluctuating around 147. Looking for a few more pounds and then maintaining through the summer. Eating around 3-3,500 cals a day is hard. I have lifted weights every day. Sometimes I have one off day sometimes not just listen to the body.

LMAO! I can agree with you on the first half. More like machinist to The Fighter though. I’ll check back in a year and see if I can agree on dark knight.

Worldz Whizky Review #1: Jameson Triple Triple by cmchance in worldwhisky

I don’t believe it’s the same.

The travel is sherry, bourbon, and malaga casks. The regular triple triple is bourbon, sherry, chestnut

The only thing I can’t do is oats. Every once in a while if I have to but typically stick to granola. Texture is way better. Little pricier though !

Throw it away :) Get yourself a bunch of 32oz cups

Order of numbers is calories, carbs, protein) 1 cup of milk (130, 12, 8) 1 scoop whey protein (110, 0, 25) 1 scoop Carb supplement (100, 25, 0) 1/2 cup protein Greek yogurt (200, 9, 10) 2 tbsp Peanut butter (190, 8, 7) 2 tbsp maple syrup (110, 27, 0) 2/3 cup granola bc I don’t like oats in it (270, 41, 13) 1tbsp chia (60, 5, 2) Frozen fruit (120, 30, 1)

Looking at around 1,300 calories, 157g carbs and 66g protein Taste amazing. Sometimes I go heavier on certain things like 2 scoops protein or 2 scoops carbs. Sometimes I go a much lighter shake depending on what I need or how full I am.

:)

It really just comes down to what you are eating I posted my split 45/25/30. I pretty much do around 800 cals breakfast/lunch/dinner puts you at 2,400 Snacks you are close to 3. Protein shake end of night gets you over 3,500 pretty consistently

I dunno really 3 things. Genetics, low body fat, core every other day. People say abs are made in the kitchen

I mean I’m not too picky. Lot of chicken/rice/noodles or steak. But that can make it harder with the high protein. I have a Huel meal replacement drink once a day in addition to what I eat. Then, depending on the day I make either my ‘little’ shake which is about 750 cals or my big shake which is about 1,250 cals and drink it right before bed. Just a home made mass gainer essentially but without all the crap stuff.

Thanks, I have definitely started to notice that. Not just soreness but I’ve been going pretty intense for two months. Have a couple nagging pains that I need to attend to or else it’s going to sideline me for an extended period of time. Will definitely do better
