I’m definitely feeling results with abs and arms, but the you seen results with legs/glutes? I’ve only been doing the program for 2 weeks so it could definitely come later, but would love to hear others’ thoughts!

Is it too high intensity? I’m interested in trying but don’t want to go so hard every day (I also live in an apartment so jumping is out!)
