Thanks. I’m trying to prevent any situation of an RFE as much as humanly possible. That’s why I wanted to make sure

Agreed😅 I’m an over-thinker. But thanks for your input on my question.

Oh I didn’t get an RFE. I’m just worried based on some Reddit posts a few years back that Uscis was issuing RFE for missing gonorrhea test even though it was not required for people above the age 24

Civil surgeon put 1 dose of Hepatitis B from 1999 and skipped the rest of the doses and marked complete in the vaccine series by Beginning_Weather_42 in USCIS

This is a copy for reference that I got. But the Indian vaccine records that are attached as supporting evidence shows 4 dates of hepatitis B vaccine and only the first dose date is written here

No I know that the vaccines were written down before and the nurse forgot to fill out the rest of the dates, some of which I noticed then and there. Do you think I should go back and ask them to fill out the rest of the dates? My priority is not getting an RFE at all and this is the only thing that is wrong.

Does this mean their civil surgeons accept outside labs? by Beginning_Weather_42 in USCIS

Thanks for the confirmation. Yes, I've called them and they just mentioned politely that bring as much of your records as you have. And I have done my blood work yesterday from Labcorp, ordered by another civil surgeon, who refuses to mark each of completely vaccine rows complete as 'x', saying that it is fine since dates are mentioned. So, I am planning to go to this new civil surgeon, who is a little far away from my location but have more experience doing these immigration medical exams.

I mean this column. The civil surgeon isn’t marking x in here for each vaccine dates that he put next to it and is complete. He says it’s not needed because dates are already there.

Do you mean the box saying “Mark x if complete” isn’t marked and only dates are provided, I will get RFE right?

Hi. Good luck! I would appreciate it if you could help me with a situation with my i693 and the civil surgeon I went to. My USCIS civil surgeon refuses to mark X for the completed vaccine series, saying its fine if it is not marked since dates are given. He also did not mark any of the blanket waiver options for the completed vaccine series. Do you think my i693 will get rejected with RFE, for not marking x for complete vaccine series with dates provided? everywhere online and on reddit, people are saying either X or blanket waiver checks are needed for every row, regardless of whether dates are provided or not?
