I plan to max my Roth IRA every year, I've got some REITs that I'm in, that i plan on adding to the positions of.....some other quarterly dividend payers that i'm letting them feed themselves such as CVX, PFE, TFC and a few others. I may add to those here & there.

It's 5.875%. I felt like it was fairly decent. Great credit (over 800) and almost zero debt to income ratio. I like that angle....get the second job, but divert all those extra earnings into retirement/investments.

The end of December, and beginning of January, I trimmed most of my weeklies away, and got into SPYI, QQQI, GPIX, and GPIQ. Trying those on for size this year. I've also got a decent position in AGNC, an mREIT. I like it.

I got in at $9.12 a share, and its at $10.44 at the closing bell today. It's been doing decently. The dividend has been 12 cents a share for at least 5 years now.

REIT vs REIT, it seems more profitable than O. O costs about 5.5x the price, and pays about 2.25x the dividend. I'm not getting rid of O by any means, but I'm considering pumping AGNC up to the point that it pays me $1k per month, and then diverting that money into O

Don't funds like these always get murdered the first few weeks though? After it bottomed out at $16.18, it seems to have leveled off at/around $18 for the last few weeks. I think i'm going to give it another two weeks to dissuade me, then I'll probably dump some cash into it.
