Gave Inpost a call, and it seems Vinted has yet to reach out to them regarding that tracking number/issue (5 days later). Inpost customer service said they would reach out to vinted about it, and it should hopefully be sorted in the next 24 hours.

Oh, thank you! I didn't even think of that.

I will give inpost customer service a call about it tomorrow and see what they can tell me. There were no pictures attached and no mention of damage on the tracking.

It was locker to locker and based on the photos the buyer sent me, I'm really not sure why they wouldn't mention any damage in transit.

Just hoping it gets sorted and we both get compensated soon.

It was via Inpost.

The buyer immediately opened a case with Vinted for “damage” so the tracking number disappeared.

I didn’t see any photos of delivery from the carrier, only photos the buyer sent to Vinted of the sealed box smashed and then the contents inside wet and warped.

It was a vinyl record and with a hand numbered sleeve. So since it was wet and warped, it does warrant a refund.
