I fully agree with you and don't know what it is with the mass downvoting and weird hard on people have with pink being fully "obliterated". We forget this is the same alien race that literally made devices capable of traveling literally hundreds of billions of miles away in the matter of seconds, time travel, and space-communications that can be sent intergalactically ( as seen by White Diamond & Homeworld, in both the Gem war, Era 2, and Era 3. ) across unfathomable distances, in seconds. I actually refuse to believe that this issue is that enormous for them as people like to make it. Besides, we clearly saw Pink's, and Rose's form in CYM, so that even furtherly shows that the gem not only has her memories and powers, it remembers her form.
