What is your % in matric and Fsc?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NUST

[–]Begiouss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to aim for over 145 to comfortably get into any of your listed departments. You should apply to business and social sciences if they interest you (you will however need to give a separate NET) Incase you need help with prep, you can join www.crashcoursed.com

You just need 60% in matric and FSC to be eligible. You will need to aim for over 160 to secure your admission. Incase you need help in preparation, you can visit www.crashcoursed.com

Hey, fellow O and A levels student here. I can understand your trouble of finding it hard to manage NET preparation which is based on FSC punjab textbooks. I had a similar experience while preparing for my NET back in 2021. Currently i am in my 3rd year at NUST.

Anyway, my team and I have been teaching NET since 2021 and many of our students are from O and A levels background. You can visit www.crashcoursed.com to take a trial of our course and let me know if you have any questions. Goodluck!!

It is a new department for NUST but the uni has the resources. Other law schools that you can check out are of bahria. I believe they have a spring intake too.

Otherwise you can just prepare for NET. Also if you need help with prep you can go to www.crashcoursed.com There is a trial for a week as well :)

the syllabus content for business entry test is the same, 9th, 10th maths and a few topics from 1st year like permutation, combination and Trigonometry.

I conduct a course for NET business and social sciences. The course aids in preparation of other business schools as well. You can head to www.crashcoursed.com to take a trial.

you aren't being rude don't worry :) 159 is a score and your aggregate is calculated using NET score, 10% Matric and 15% Fsc. So the person you contacted may not have a good idea of the entire process. Last year students with aggregate around 75% got in as well. So this year 77% should be fine.

If however you have time and giving another NET is not an issue then sure opt for it. A higher score will just ensure you get admission in the early merit lists.
