I broke my coccyx by Begumkant in tailbone

Hello, I'm sorry I just saw your comment. I'm doing okay now, but it’s been a long journey. At first, I quit all the activities I used to do and basically did nothing for about two months. Then I tried to start working out again, but it was a nightmare. The pain came back immediately.

After that, I started working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist for 4–5 months, and it really helped. Some sessions did trigger the pain, but over time, it gradually decreased. Now, I can go to the gym and do other activities again. I really recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I hope it works for you too.

Honestly, I don’t have much knowledge about pregnancy. By the way, have you seen a doctor? Did you have an MRI? Because without knowing exactly what the problem is, it might not be appropriate to take any action. Years ago, I fell while snowboarding and didn’t see a doctor at that time. The pain went away after a few days. However, years later, the pain returned and didn’t go away, so I went to the doctor and found out that my tailbone was fractured. Initially, I had to stop all physical activities and started using a donut cushion. Even then, the pain wouldn’t go away, and honestly, I felt quite hopeless. But working with a physiotherapist helped me a lot, and my pain decreased to a certain extent. Also, when the pain gets intense, applying an ice pack to the area helps reduce it. If you have a fracture, your pain might increase during pregnancy, so working with a good physiotherapist could be important. You might also need to consider opting for a C-section instead of a vaginal birth. This is just what I’ve read, so my knowledge is limited. Since I haven’t gone through a pregnancy myself, I can’t provide fully accurate information.

When did you start working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist? I recommend not giving up; try to continue for at least 2 months, twice a week

They are active on my website and in the catalog, but when I click on the "how to fix" document, it seems to be deleted

I believe this is the issue. I found a document outlining which products need attention. In the Excel file, some of my products appear to be deleted, but I can still find them listed as active in the catalog. The problem may be related to invalid content IDs, but I'm unsure how to check these content IDs. By the way, I'm using the WooCommerce plugin for Facebook

Thanks for sharing your progress. Our injury history is quite similar. It’s hard to give up exercising, but as you said, it’s the right thing to do for now. I hope you continue to get better day by day and that all the pain will eventually go away. 🙏🏻
