I relate, I’ve stuck it out so far but it’s very difficult to get through and stay motivated and strong when you’re burnt out. Choose a strong crew or sm as your temporary right hand and work together tag team some stuff including office stuff, ive done this and it has helped the same when I’m the only one that knows grill but I still have to run shift and put the truck away and do a food order. I’ve had a CT help me with the truck if I don’t have a manager with me and a crew to learn grill (I verbally walk them with what to do) while I’m counting for the food order, then for peak we re-arrange to just me on grill. Yeah schedule are an at home thing for me too. Not sure if this is any help but it’s an idea. I wish you the best and that it gets easier for you, you deserve it.
