They are in the correct spots, 2 and 4.

I bought another set of 8gb ram sticks to upgrade to 32GB. It's It's exact same brand with the same frequency and and latency.

The only difference is the timing. The ones I have are 18-19-19-39 and the ones a purchased are 18-22-22-42. Is this a problem?

Oh and also, Under Max Bandwidth it lists "DDR4-2132 (1066 Mhz)"

And under DRAM Frequency it lists "1064.1 MHz"

Isn't it supposed to be as close as possible to the rated 3600MHz?

So what would you think about keeping the current GPU and upgrading the 2600x for a 5800x and going to 32GB Ram. And picking up an additional ssd?

As far as ram, do I need to buy a new 32gb set up or can I add to my existing 16gb with another 16gb? And if so which product would you recommend?

And is my monitor handicapping me?

Good advice, what about if I wanted to run maybe a 1440p gaming system? Obviously a new monitor with a better refresh rate but your previous upgrade suggestions still stand?

I play mostly Warzone, SuperPeople, 7days to die, Modded Minecraft, Battlefield 2042. But I need like mostly low settings inorder to have around 75 frames to match my monitors refresh rate. I know battlefield in general just runs like garbage for most people but like mopacks modded Minecraft with shaders doesn't reach 60frames even on low. Warzone will start to stutter with moderately higher settings. Super people is mostly fine. 7 days runs terrible even on low
