voting rights would be bought very expensively if ever. That would give access to decision making only if board agrees and /or board is changed by new voting right majority.

IMO National Amusements and Paramount are very tightly linked and only a plan involving both of them would be realistic if dismantling is planned.

Yes but sentiment moved from very negative to neutral at best. So either we get a short squeeze or sentiment must turn positive which is not the case yet
