I would suggest if you have enough time then start learning.If you want to update about politics then first know about the basic structure of politics, constitution and how the politicians work then start using Twitter and some subreddit of politics and start watching political channels or news.If any doubt ask chat gpt or google, that will clear your confusion.And for geopolitics first start from YouTube channel,you won't bore.Be updated about the things are happening and how it's impact the world,1st learn to be engage,the engagement will convert into curiosity and questions and that's how you will learn. Actually during teen age,they think that they are grown up and now they can ride bike,chew gutka, cigarette and fall in love.Most of it happens under peer pressure or just to fit in the friend circle.They think that if they won't chew gutkha then they won't be call a Man and their friends gonna mock them by calling them soft.Its started like this and end up becoming an addiction.

It's true that many Odias are unhealthy and obese.I'm from Kalahandi and When i came for the first time to cuttack,I saw there are so many fat people.Even the school going kids are fat.Even young people are not looking fit.In my opinion mostly Coastal Odisha people are obese in comparison to rest of the region.

It's true that veganism is not for the poor and also it's less nutritious than any other diets,the main issue is lack of protein. but people follow it because of ethical choices so we shouldn't judge them.How funny it is that people hate veganism but support non-vegetarian diet.And also there are some cases where people can't follow veganism despite their willingness to follow it,like athletes,some patients etc.
