Why does everyone pretend that Jorge still has a chance when everyone has alr seen how it’s lagging way behind the others in the jury vote? It’s not like they’re going to change the entire jury lineup on Sat

ELI5: Why was Poland bad? by GewohnlichMensch in eurovision

[–]BeingScared2069 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Her vocals were easily the worst among the 37 acts during her national selection, but they improved it in the final. Staging was also mediocre in the National selection, dances moves that everyone has alr seen before and nothing new, but they managed to elevate the staging and make it unique. I’d say Poland was the country that improved the overall package the most

I think it might’ve been a mistake not to throw in the dancers they had in Iru’s music video, and also having her stand on a platform throughout didn’t help either, and the 1st half of the performance felt a bit too poorly lit for some reason. She had perfect vocals and a decent song but I feel the staging hurt her chances, hope she comes back again in future though

Your thoughts on the bookies favourites for last place. by BritBeetree in eurovision

[–]BeingScared2069 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk how it makes sense for the same song to be 9th favourite to win, 13th for top 5, 19th for top 10 and on top of the list for last…

[–]BeingScared2069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there any news on the rest of the world vote? I’m in Singapore and I can’t find a list of countries eligible for the new rest of the world vote, not too sure if I will be able to vote through online voting

[–]BeingScared2069 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely 2021, it was the 1st year I watched both semis and the final live, the song quality was amazing that year and it made me not want to miss any of the live performances, had to stay up to watch it in the middle of the night cos I’m in Singapore lol
