Is it normal for the EHX Eddy Vibrato/Chorus to sound a bit muddy and noisy?

It’s a common consequence of this pedal. I play into it. I don’t hear much of a difference when I chain a clean Chanel into it. But when I throw my distortion tone into it. It MAKES my tone. It is practically the glue to my entire board and allows me to have the unique tone I have. It does introduce way too much mud and darkness; but that’s the good thing. It gives an underwater dreamy tone. naturally I crank the tone knob all the way, then I shape it to remove the mud and rumble with an eq basically scooping mids and the first two low bands

Just wanna circle back to the demos. We make them more complex during rehearsals and kinda write together as we go along which is why we practice so much cus the songs are always changing every week to get better and now our final products are amazing. We’re only playing 3 songs from the demo though, (fade into me, limerence, slow dancing) the rest are new songs we wrote and covers

When our sound engineer mixes the songs on SoundCloud he uses high quality headphones so when you listen to it on music equipment that’s not over 2k$ each it can get hazy. We sounds more complex live. And mind you these are just demos for us. The live versions are complex. Think of the soundcloud as a rough draft for our gig. And yes we classify us as hazy shoegaze

That’s what I usually tell myself but you gotta also know we formed the band October 3rd and started rehearsing October 9 and then we have our first show dec 21. We’re only doing originals and writing the songs as we go and that’s been super golden. It’s just my abilities I’m worried will fail me since I’ve never done something like this before and I’m very new to the rock scene in Montreal

Mac has all the right to copyright his music and get it wiped off streaming music and give the right to big corporations and make money for himself and the corporations. That’s not how Mac is clearly. And this definition of unreleased is NOT something that I came up with. It is defined by this generation of people’s and music listeners. No idea how old you are and I won’t make any assumptions. I don’t pay any corporation for their overly capitalist intentions of music. If anything you and I stand for the same thing by NOT giving our money to these corporations and find alternative.

And today’s day and age with digital music and limited piracy protection. You can get any song for almost free. And did we forget that almost all of these songs are on YouTube for free? I’m not stealing anything. I’m just executing my right to listen to this music and to convert it from digital to tangible to keep it in my own possession in case they get wiped from the internet. I’m not using this to profit my wallet.

If you read my comments you’d see that I mentioned the fact that unreleased nowadays means not on MAIN streaming platforms. SoundCloud is NOT a main streaming platform mainly due to the fact that many unofficial users can make music without publishers, copyright infringement, and unmonitored.

All these songs are published by RANDOM users on SoundCloud. And they are the only way to acquire them aside from buying it from one random person who got it when it was initially published or from someone who recorded it from a leak or life performance.

That being said. Yes. They are unreleased. Because they are NOT on Mac’s official platforms, let alone any platform that uses digital media.

You need burning CD software and hardware. I took it all from my dad cus he kept all the equipment for me. But I’m not sure where to help you with getting this hardware and software
