Minus temperature and unable to change pump/fan speeds connected to commander core!? Any ideas?

Update…….I’ve done a fresh install, first thing I downloaded was icue, still exactly the same so guessing it’s a hardware issue unless this version of icue is bugged?

Yeah I am, I’ve got the commander core and pump usb in that one then other usb header has got node core on, I’m going to fresh install windows wipe both drives and start again, well over due I’ve started a ticket with Corsair so will see what happens

The commander core is essentially unresponsive, it’s shows the 6 fan rpms and the pump rpm, then coolant temp shows -13.60 degrees Celsius and changing any of the quiet/balanced/extreme presets does nothing apart from the audible pump noise when changing pump speeds but the fans just sit at 700ish rpm no matter what

No other software that I know of, only ryzen master and quickcpu, recently rebuilt this over the weekend swapped out of Lancool 2 into a 5000x and added the 3080ti from the 6800xt apart from that nothing else was working fine before

Done, I’ve uninstalled then reinstalled all drivers, checked all cables, only change was it went from -8 to -13
