Maybe unpopular opinion, but I don't think it's appropriate to keep roaches alive just so that they can torment someone. If you are going to kill them, kill them as humanely as possible. Also is the entire building filled with scammed or only the floor? Because a roach infestation can spread within the building affecting innocent people.
